中西结合治疗鼻咽癌疗效分析及不良反应观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合治疗鼻咽癌临床疗效及不良反应观察,为临床诊断治疗提供参考。方法:将80例患者按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组(n=40)和治疗组(n=40)。对照组采用放疗及化疗给予治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上服用自拟中药汤剂。结果:治疗组总有效率(92.50%)显著高于对照组(75.00%),且有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组毒副反应明显低于对照组,且有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后TNF-α及IL-2水平明显高于对照组,且有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后NK细胞、CD+3T淋巴细胞及CD+8T淋巴细胞比例显著高于对照组,且有显著性差异(P<0.05);而治疗组治疗后CD+4T淋巴细胞比例低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:鼻咽癌患者在放疗、化疗治疗基础上结合自拟汤剂治疗取得了明显的临床效果,且毒副反应较轻,具有重要临床研究价值。Objective ： To investigate the clinical efficacy of combination therapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and adverse reactions to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods：80 patients in accordance with the random number table were randomly divided into control group （ n = 40） and treatment group （ n = 40 ）. The control group was given radiotherapy and chemotherapy and the treatment group took self- made decoction in treatment on the basis of the control group. Results ：The total effective rate （92.50%） was significantly higher （75.00%） and there was a significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. The treatment toxicity was significantly lower than that of the control group, and there was a significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, TNF - ot and IL - 2 levels were significantly higher and there was a significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, NK cells, CD3＋ T lymphocytes and CD8 T lymphoid cell ratio was significantly higher and there was a significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） while after treatment CD4 T lymphocyte ratio was lower than that of the control group and the difference was not statistically sig- nificant （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： For patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma, radiotherapy, chemotherapy treatment based on the combination of self - made decoctions treatment achieved significant clinical effects, and the toxicity was mild, with important clinical research value.
