高职教育管理生态环境的改革创新

摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展,高职教育的管理水平有了较大提升,但在教育管理的生态环境上还存在着教师管理限制过多、财务管理不尽合理、行政权力过分蔓延、管理运行僵化等问题,这给高职教育管理工作的开展带来很大障碍。为了更好地促进高职教育管理的发展,需要对当前的生态环境进行改革创新,坚持以人为本的理念,引入竞争机制,加强职权平衡,完善激励措施。With the development of society and economy,the management level of higher vocational education has been greatly improved,but in the ecological environment of education management,there still exist many problems,such as too many restrictions on teacher management,unreasonable financial management,overspreading of administrative power,and rigid management operation,which bring about great obstacles to the management of higher vocational education.In order to better promote the development of higher vocational education management,it is essential to reform and innovate the current ecological environment,adhere to the people-oriented concept,introduce the mechanism of competition,strengthen the power balance,and improve the incentive measures.
