摘 要:目的研究土炒对白术中挥发油成分的含量及组成的影响。方法采用2010年版《中国药典(一部)》附录ⅩD挥发油测定甲法测定挥发油含量,采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法比较白术、清炒白术和土炒白术中挥发油组成,并进一步采用薄层色谱(TLC)法和高效液相色谱(HPLC)法研究辅料土对挥发油成分的吸附作用。结果白术经土炒炮制后挥发油含量有所降低,但清炒后含量却增高;GC-MS分析结果表明,白术生品和清炒白术的挥发油组成成分和相对含量差异不大,而土炒品和生品、清炒品相比虽组成成分无差异,但各成分相对含量有较大差异;TLC和HPLC分析表明,辅料土对挥发油成分有吸附作用。结论辅料土对白术挥发油成分有吸附作用,会使白术土炒后挥发油含量降低,挥发油组成成分相对含量发生改变。Objective To research the effect of soil frying on the content and compositions of volatile oils of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae(Baizhu).Methods The steam distillation in the appedix XD of the Chinese Pharmacopeia (version 2010,part 1) was adopted to determine the content of volatile oils. The compositions of volatile oils in the raw, plainfried and soil fried Baizhu were compared by GC- MS. Then the absorption effect of auxiliary soil on the volatile oil components was researched by adopting TLC and HPLC. Results The amount of volatile oils was decreased after being fried with soil, while which was increased by plain frying. The GC- MS analysis results showed that the compositions and the relative contents of the volatile oils from the raw Baizhu and the plain-fried Baizhu had no obvious difference,however,compared with the raw Baizhu and plain-fried Baizhu,the main ingredients in soilfried Baizhu had no differenc, but the relative content of each component had larger differences;the TLC and HPLC analysis indicated that the auxiliary soil had the adsorption effect on the volatile oil components. Conclusion The auxiliary soil can adsorb the volatile oil components in Baizhu, decrease the content of volatile oils after soil frying and change the relative content of the volatile oil components.
