摘　　要：目的调查上海市三级甲等综合性医院外科护士预防静脉血栓栓塞症(venous thromboembolism,VTE)的知信行现状及相关影响因素,为促进护士预防VTE行为的转变和形成提供依据。方法于2013年10-11月,便利抽样选取上海市4所三级甲等综合性医院骨科、血管外科、妇产科、神经外科、ICU的745名护士进行问卷调查。结果 745名护士对预防VTE的认知得分为(24.83±5.71)分,态度得分为(23.94±2.20)分,行为得分为(23.19±2.36)分。Logistic多元逐步回归显示,职称与知识呈正相关、工作年限与行为呈正相关;血管外科的护士在知识、态度、行为水平上均较ICU高,知识与态度、知识与行为、态度与行为均呈正相关(均P<0.01)。结论护士对于预防VTE的认知、态度及行为均处于较低水平;提升护士预防VTE的行为水平须提升其认知和态度,同时也要加强医院、科室预防VTE的意识。Objective To investigate the knowledge-attitude-practice（KAP）status of surgical nurses who come from Shanghai 3A -level General Hospitals in preventing venous thromboembolism and analyze its related factors so as to provide references to promote the nurses’behavior change and formation.Methods During October to November 2013,by convenience sampling,a total of 745 nurses in the vascular surgery department ,orthopedics department ,obstetrics and gynecology department,neurosurgery department and ICU in four 3A -level General hospitals were recruited by convenience sampling.Results The average scores of 745 nurses of knowledge,attitude ,and practice were （24.83＆#177;5.71）,（23.94＆#177;2.20）and （23.19＆#177; 2.36）respectively.Multivariate stepwise logistic regression analysis showed that the titles were positively correlated with knowledge,and work experience were positively correlated with behavior.The vascular surgery nurses’level of knowledge,attitude and behavior were higher than ICU’s.Knowledge and attitudes,knowledge and behavior,attitudes and behavior were positively correlated （P〈0.01）.Conclusion The knowledge-attitude-practice （KAP）level of nurses in preventing venous thromboembolism was at the lower level.In order to enhance the practice of nurses in preventing venous thromboembolism,it is necessary to improve their knowledge and attitude, and strength the awareness of hospitals and departments in preventing venous thromboembolism.
