摘 要:目的探讨Bcl-2、Bag-1、Bax表达对乳腺浸润性导管癌影响。方法采用SP免疫组化染色法检测收集128例患者癌组织和癌旁组织中的Bcl-2、Bag-1、Bax表达情况。结果经过检测,癌组织中Bcl-2、Bag-1、Bax表达的阳性率分别为73.4%、89.8%、80.5%,明显高于癌旁组织中Bcl-2、Bag-1、Bax的表达率57%、59.4%、65.6%。经过统计学检验后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过卡方检验Bcl-2、Bag-1、Bax阳性表达与各个病理参数的相关性检验,得出Bcl-2、Bag-1与肿瘤的直径有关(P<0.05)。相关性分析得出,Bcl-2、Bag-1呈现正相关性(r=0.63,P<0.05)。结论 Bcl-2、Bag-1在乳腺浸润性导管癌中高表达,起着重要的作用。Objective To study the Bcl-2,Bag-1,Bax expression in breast infiltrative ductal carcinoma. Methods SP immunohistochemical staining method was used to detect the Bcl-2,Bag-1,Bax expression in the carcinoma tissues and adjacent noncancerous tissues collected from 128 patients. Results The positive rates of Bcl-2,Bag-1,Bax expression in the carcinoma tissues were 73. 4%,89.8%,80. 5%,significantly higher than those in the adjacent noncancerous tissues,which were 57%,59. 4%,65. 6%. The difference was statistically significant(P〈0. 05). Chi-square test of the correlation between positive expressions of Bcl-2,Bag-1,Bax and the pathological parameters showed that Bcl-2,Bag-1 was positively related to the diameter of the tumor( r = 0. 63,P〈0. 05). Conclusions The expression of Bcl-2,Bag-1 in breast infiltrative ductal carcinoma is high,which plays an important role in the diagnosis and prognosis of the disease.
