基于创业教育思想的高校学生管理创新研究

摘　　要：随着知识经济时代的到来,外部环境对人才的需求也发生了变化,因此,学生管理工作思路也亟待调整。文章分析了传统学生管理工作的局限性,并重新界定创业意识导向的学生管理工作的具体内容,并在此基础上提出了具体的实施策略。The requirements of the environment to the talents have been greatly changed with the advent of knowledge-based economy era. Hence, the working ideas of student management should be consequently changed. After analyzing the limitation of the traditional student management work, the paper redefines the concrete contents of entrepreneurshiporiented student management work and puts forward the specific implementation strategies.
