摘　　要：近年来,独立学院得到长足发展,办学规模迅速扩大和教学水平不断提高。在全国独立学院有300所左右。重庆已有独立学院7所,在校生近10万人,独立学院成为重庆高等教育的重要组成部分。在独立学院的学生管理过程中,对大学生违纪行为的教育和管理问题突出。加强学生教育管理工作对独立学院的转型发展至关重要。In recent years, independent college has made a considerable advance, the school scale has expanded rapidly and the teaching level has continuously improved, about 300 independent colleges in the country. Chongqing has 7 independent colleges and nearly 100 thousand students, which has become an important part of higher education in Chongqing. Under the process of independent college student management, the issues of violating discipline for college students education and management is outstanding, strengthen the management of students education is important to independent colleges transformation.
