工科特色与经济管理类专业深度融合的课程建设与改革研究——基于地方应用型工科高校背景的思考

摘　　要：为塑造地方应用型工科高校经济管理类专业的差异化优势,在课程建设与改革中推动工科特色与经济管理类专业的深度融合势在必行。本文构建了工科特色与经济管理类专业深度融合的总体框架,结合广东石油化工学院经济管理学院课程建设与改革的实践,重点阐述了工科特色与经济管理类专业深度融合的具体内容,提出要构建解决工业领域内企业经营管理问题为核心的教学内容体系,积极引进具有工科知识背景的经管教师,设计具有工科特色的经管实践教学环节等。推动工科特色与经济管理类专业的深度融合,有助于地方应用型工科高校经济管理类专业在高校同类专业中形成独特的竞争优势,增强经济管理类学生的就业竞争力。For the different advantages of economics management professional of local applied engineering colleges, it is imperative to promote course construction and reform of economics and manage- ment specialty with engineering characteristics. First of all, this paper shows the general framework a- bout the course construction and reform of economics and management specialty with deep engineering characteristics. And then, along with the practice of course construction of School of Economics and Management of Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology, the concrete contents about the course construction and reform of economics and management specialty with deep engineering characteristics are explained. This paper proposes that we should build teaching content system with the core of the solution to business management problems in the field of industry, actively recruit teachers with engineering background and design practical teaching link with engineering characteristics for the economic and management specialty. It will help economics management specialty of local applied engineering colleges form unique competitive advantage in the same profession and strengthen students＇ e- conomics management specialty of local applied engineering colleges with more competitiveness of employment.
