铜类产物对油纸绝缘频域介电谱特性的影响

摘　　要：油浸式电力变压器内部的铜部件易受变压器油老化产生的杂质（酸、硫等物质）的腐蚀而引起变压器故障，为寻求有效监测铜类产物质量分数的途径，对变压器油纸绝缘进行了加速热老化实验，采用两组不同的试样。对铜类产物质量分数不同时变压器油纸绝缘体系的频域介电谱进行了比较分析，结果表明：铜类产物的存在对油纸绝缘复介电常数实部的影响较小，而对复介电常数虚部和介质损耗的影响较大，这种影响在中频段（10^0～10^4Hz）最为显著；铜类产物的存在对油纸绝缘体系中的弛豫机制产生了影响，强化的界面极化和离子极化导致了中频段弛豫中心的分开。采用两种不同的弛豫模型对变化前后的频域介电谱曲线进行拟合。拟合结果显示新的弛豫模型有效。The internal copper components in oil-immersed power transformer are the impurities（acid, sulfur and other substances） in aging transformer oil, eventually 1 susceptible to corrosion due to eading to a transformer failure. In this study, accelerated thermal aging tests were conducted on transformer oil-paper insulation to find an effective way to monitor the content of copper-based products and analyze the frequency domain dielectric spectroscopy of the transformer off-paper insulation system with different contents of copper-based products by using two different sets of samples. The results show that the copper-based products have a little influence on the real part of the complex dielectric constant of the oil-paper insulation,but a big influence on the imaginary part,especially in the range of middle frequency（10^0～10^4 Hz）. The copper-based products exert an influence on the relaxation mechanism of the oil- paper insulation. The enhanced interfacial polarization and ionic polarization lead to the separation of the relaxation center in the middle frequency band. The fitting the frequency response curves before and after the change using two different relaxation models, the result shows that the new relaxation model is effective.
