贵州北部汉族头面部6项遗传性状调查分析

摘　　要：调查了贵州省719名大学生的耳垂、卷舌、上眼睑、酒窝、耳耵聍、红绿色盲6对遗传性状的基因频率.结果显示,其中2对性状的隐性基因频率高于显性基因频率;上眼睑性状在男性和女性中分布具有极显著差异;性状之间没有相关性;贵州北部地区汉族多数性状的基因频率与国内其他地区汉族和少数民族存在差异,贵州北部汉族具有独特的遗传性状特征.To investigate for the gene frequency about ear lobe type, curly sides of tongue, eye fold of the upper eyelid, dimples, cerumen and red green color blindness through 719 college students among population of Han nationality in North Guizhou. The results showed that recessive gene frequency of 2 traits were higher than dominant gene frequency; the distribution about eye fold of the upper eyelid had remarkably difference in gender; there had no relationship among 6 genetic traits. The gene frequency existed differences between Han nationality in North Guizhou and other areas in China, also between minority nationalities and North Guizhou nationality. The genetic traits had different characteristics.
