摘  要:采用免疫组化SP法观察神经肽Y(neuropeptide Y,NPY)在平原黄牛和高原黄牛睾丸的分布特点,探索其在不同海拔黄牛睾丸组织的分布特征及其与生精功能的关系.结果表明:NPY主要表达在睾丸各级动脉血管周围或血管壁内,在睾丸白膜、间质结缔组织、睾丸小隔和曲细精管周围也有表达.在高原黄牛睾丸血管周围和血管壁内NPY的分布表现出明显的部位差异,头部和体部的表达明显比尾部高.NPY在高原黄牛各级生精细胞中为阳性表达,而在平原黄牛除了初级精母细胞外其他各级生精细胞为阳性表达.平原黄牛睾丸头、体、尾3部分NPY的分布无明显差异,高原黄牛睾丸头部和体部NPY的表达明显比尾部高.不同海拔条件下黄牛睾丸NPY阳性表达部位和分布密度具有一定的差异,提示肽能神经直接参与睾丸内血流调节,直接或间接影响睾丸雄激素生成和精子发生,对不同生活环境黄牛生殖生理的适应性调控具有重要的作用.Growing yellow cattle(Bos Taurus,2.0-3.5 years old)fromcentral China(100-400m)and plateau(3 000-3 500m)were used to explore the distribution of neuropeptide Y(NPY)in the testis of different elevation in this large mammal.The results showed that NPY was mainly expressed within the various levels of vascular wall in the testis,and also expressed in the tunica albuginea,interstitial connective tissue,septulum testis and surrounding seminiferous tubules.It was obviously different that the expression of NPY in testicular vessels of yellow cattle from plateau,activity density of the head and the body was much higher,the spermatogenic cells was also positive,but spermatogenic cells were positive in the cattle from plain in addition to primary spermatocytes,and there were no significant difference between the head,body,tail of testis.In conclusion,the NPY distribution density in testis of cattles from different altitudes were very different,it was suggested that the regulation of testicular blood flow,ndrogen production and spermatogenesis were effected by peptidergic nerve directly or indirectly.It might be also concluded that the effects played an important role in cattle reproductive depend on the altitude and the environmental conditions.
