摘  要:目的探讨视网膜激光联合玻璃体腔注入曲安奈德(TA)治疗糖尿病视网膜病变黄斑水肿的疗效。方法对30只眼行视网膜光凝联合玻璃体腔曲安奈德(2 mg)注入,观察术前、术后1周、1个月、3个月、6个月患者最佳矫正视力和黄斑中央厚度的变化。结果术前、术后1周、1个月、3个月、6个月,患者最佳矫正视力分别为(0.18±0.11)、(0.34±0.17)、(0.48±0.21)、(0.59±0.19)、(0.63±0.25);与术前比较差异有统计学意义,q分别为(4.57、8.57、11.72、12.86),P均<0.01;OCT测量黄斑中央厚度(335.92±50.23)μm、(264.63±46.52)μm、(215.56±38.29)μm、(176.84±34.08)μm、(157.84±25.33)μm,与术前比较差异有统计学意义,q分别为(9.79、16.53、21.84、24.45),P均<0.01。结论视网膜激光联合曲安奈德玻璃体腔注射可有效控制糖尿病性黄斑水肿,提高患者视力。Objective To evaluate the effect of treatment to diabetic macular edema by means of retinal laser combined with injecting triamcinolone acetonide into vitreous body. Methods To treat 30 eyes with diabetic macular edema by means of retinal laser combined with injecting triamcinolone acetonide into vitreous body. The best corrected vision and the thickness of macular of respectively one week, one month, three months and six months before and after operation were observed. Results The best corrected vision before and after operation (1w,1m,3m,6m) were (0.18 ±0.11) ,(0.34 ±0.17) ,(0.48 ± 0.21 ),(0.59 ±0.19), (0.63 ± 0.25 ). The difference has statistical meaning compared with those before operation, in which q (4.57,8.57,11.72,12.86), P 〈 0.01. The thickness of macular were ( 335.92 ±50.23 ) μm, ( 264.63 ± 46.52 ) μm, ( 215.56 ± 38.29 ) μm, ( 176.84 ±34.08 ) μm, ( 157.84 + 25.33)μm, The difference has statistical meaning compared with those before operation, in which q (9.79,16.53,21.84,24.45) ,P 〈 0.01. Conclusion Retinal laser combined with injecting triamcin- olone acetonide into vitreous body could effectively treat diabetic macular edema and increase the vision of patients.
