摘　　要：目的了解某高校在校生对院前急救知识的掌握情况。方法自制问卷对随机选取的593名某高校在校生进行急救知识和技能的掌握情况的现场调查及访谈。结果某高校在校生对急救知识掌握甚少,缺乏遇到危急情况时自救和互救能力。结论某高校在校生普遍缺乏对现场急救知识和技能掌握,缺乏系统的学习与训练,急需建立一套规范系统的大学生急救培训模式。Objective To understand how the current students in a college grasp the knowledge of pre-hospital first aid. Methods Self-made questionnaire are used among 593 current students of a college, randomly selected, to conduct field survey and interview in order to understand how they grasp the first aid knowledge and skills. Results Current students of a college understand little about first aid and are lack of the ability of self aid and mutual aid under critical situation. Conclusion Current students of a college are generally lack of first aid knowledge and skills and are also lack of professional learning and training. It is necessary to build a systematic and standard first aid training modus for college students.
