摘　　要：对咪达那新的合成方法进行了归纳和比较,重点介绍了关键中间体4-(2-甲基-1-咪唑基)-2,2-二苯基丁腈的合成及由关键中间体合成咪达那新的研究进展,为咪达那新的进一步研究及工业化生产提供参考。The synthetic methods of imidafenacin are summarized and compared.The research progress of synthesizing key intermediate 4-（2-methyl-1-imidazol）-2,2-diphenylbutanamide and synthesizing imidafenacin from the key intermediate is expounded,which can provide reference to further research and industrial production.
