摘  要:建立了大尺度溶洞型油藏的试井模型。以大尺度溶洞作为"源"项,考虑实际地质条件下井筒与溶洞通过裂隙相连的状态、连续性及质量守恒,导出描述溶洞、裂隙、井筒这一传输系统内的流体动力学特征的偏微分方程。利用正交变换法获得方程的解析解,使复杂的工程计算问题得到简化。分析了模型计算结果的主要影响因素,数值试验表明,试井曲线的动态特征和主要影响因素对模型结果的影响符合普遍的认识,模拟结果符合油藏的地质特征。The well test model of large scale cave type oil reservoir was established. Taking the large scale cave type oil reservoir as a 'source', the state, continuity and the mass conservation of the well and cave joined by fracture under the actual geological conditions were considered to derive the partial differential equation describing fluid dynamics characteristics in the transmission system of cave, fracture and well. The analytical solution was obtained by using orthogonal transformation method to make the complex issue of petroleum engineering simplified. The main influence factors to the results of the model were analyzed, and the numerical experiment showed that the dynamic characteristics of testing curve of the well and the main influence factors to the results of the model comformed to the general understanding, and the simulation results accorded with the geological characteristics of oil reservoir.
