基层建设年背景下承德农村体育服务供需现状及特色帮扶对策研究

摘　　要：在河北省基层建设年背景下,结合党的群众路线教育实践活动,通过近一年的基层驻地实践工作,实地走访调查了解河北省省级贫困村的公共体育服务供需现状,本着"以人为本""群众所需"的原则,同时结合基层建设年的主要服务要求和相关公共体育服务内容,创造性地将高等体育院校的优势资源服务于基层公共体育服务建设,通过实证分析特色帮扶项目和反思帮扶成果及可持续发展对策,寻找构建适应地方特色发展的农村公共体育服务体系,为建设和谐新农村提供参考。Combining with the mass line educational practice of CCP,under the background of Rural Construction Year at the Grass-root Level in Hebei Province,through one year＇s practice stationed at village,the author investigates the actualites of supply and demand of public sports service in province-level poor villages by on-site visits.In the principle of＂people-oriented＂and＂mass requirement＂,combined with the main service requirements and related public sports services of Rural Construction Year at the Grass-root Level,this study creatively proposes to apply the advantageous resources of sports universities to the construction of the public sports service at the grass-root level.Through empirical analysis of Special Assistance Project（SAP）and reflection on the SAP outcomes and countermeasure for sustainable development,this paper attempts to construct rural public sports service system which adapts to the local development characteristics,so as to provide a reference for the construction of harmonious community in rural areas.
