亚低温联合依达拉奉对急性缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察亚低温联合依达拉奉对急性缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能的影响。方法将2012-12—2013-08我科收治的86例急性缺血性脑卒中患者随机分成对照组和观察组各43例。对照组采用基础治疗方案,观察组在对照组基础上加亚低温与依达拉奉。比较治疗前及治疗后第7天、第14天2组NIHSS评分和ADL评分;比较2组疗效。结果治疗7d、14d后观察组NIHSS评分显著低于对照组,而ADL评分则显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗14d后,观察组总有效率88.37%,显著高于对照组的69.77%(P<0.05);观察组显效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论亚低温联合依达拉奉能有效改善急性缺血性脑卒中患者的神经功能,提高疗效。Objective To observation the influence of hypothermia combined with edaravone on the neuro-function of pa-tients with acute ischemic stroke .Methods 86 patients with acute ischemic stroke from December 2012 to August 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group with 43 cases and observation group with 43 cases ,patients in control group were given basic treatment ,and those in observation group were treated by hypothermia combined with edaravone .Then the NIHSS score ,ADL score and the efficacy of two groups were compared .Results After 7 ,14 days of treatment ,the NIHSS scores of observation group were lower than that of control group ,and the ADL scores were higher than that of control group （P〈0 .05） .After 14 days of treatment ,the total effective rate of observation group was 88 .37% which was significantly higher than that of control group（69 .77% ） ,and the significant efficiency was higher than control group ,while the inefficiency was lower than control group all P〈0 .05 .Conclusion Edaravone combined with hypothermia can effectively improve the neurologi-cal function of patients with acute ischemic stroke ,and improve the efficacy of based treatment programs .
