灌肠液顺序调整在便秘患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨灌肠液顺序调整在便秘患者的应用效果。方法:将200例便秘患者根据灌肠时先灌入不同液体分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用石蜡油先灌入法灌肠,对照组采用预混液灌入法灌肠,比较两组灌肠后药液外溢率、有效率和舒适度。结果:观察组有效率和舒适度均高于对照组,药液外溢率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过采取灌肠液顺序调整灌肠法,可以减少灌肠液外溢的发生,提高灌肠有效率、减轻患者灌肠痛苦,提高患者灌肠的舒适感,也有利于整体护理质量的提高。Objective To Study the effect of the order of enema in patients with constipation.Method 200 patients with constipation were divided into experimental group and control group by pouring into different enema liquid.The experimental group was treated with paraffin into the enema firstly and the control group was treated with premixed liquid into the enema.The liquor overflow rate、efficiency and comfort between the two groups after enema were compared.Results The efficiency and comfort were higher in the experimental group than the control group,the overflow rate was lower in the experimental than the control group.The differences were statistically significant （P 0.05） .Conclusion Changing the order of enema can reduce the overflow rate,improve efficiency enema,alleviate the suffering of patients with enema,improve comfort of patients enema and be conducive to the improvement of the overall quality of care.
