摘　　要：目的探讨鼠双微粒体基因-2(murine double minute,MDM-2)蛋白在胃腺癌组织中表达的临床病理学意义。方法应用免疫组织化学染色法检测MDM-2蛋白在82例胃腺癌患者的胃腺癌组织及癌旁正常组织中的表达情况,结合临床资料分析其病理学意义。结果胃腺癌组织中MDM-2蛋白阳性表达率(62.19%)高于癌旁正常组织(25.61%)(P<0.05);其中低分化胃腺癌MDM-2阳性表达率(83.33%)高于中、高分化胃腺癌(60.94%),有淋巴结转移患者MDM-2阳性表达率(80.95%)高于无淋巴结转移者(55.74%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MDM-2蛋白异常表达对胃腺癌临床诊断、预后判断有重要作用。Objective To investigate the clinicopathological significance of murine double minute-2 （MDM-2） protein expression in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues. Methods The expression of MDM-2 protein was detected in 82 cases of gastric carcinoma tissues and the adjacent tissues by immunohistochemistry to analyze the clinicopathological significance on the basis of clinical data. Results The positive expression rate of MDM-2 protein was significantly higher in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues （62.19 %） than that in adjacent tissues （25.61%） （P〈0.05）, was significantly higher in poorly differentiated gastric adenocarcinoma （83.33%） than that in moderately and highly differentiated gastric adenocarcinoma （60.94%）, and was higher in patients with lymph node metastasis （80.95%） than that in patients without lymph node metastasis （55.74%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The abnormal expression of MDM-2 protein plays an important role in clinical diagnosis and prognosis of gastric adenocarcinoma.
