摘 要:目的基于核磁共振的代谢组学方法,对气虚质及平和质健康人的血浆中内源性代谢物的变化进行了比较研究,寻找气虚质的可能特征代谢物。方法招募健康气虚质19人及平和质15人,对他们的血浆样品进行代谢组学检测,采用多元统计分析方法寻找气虚质组和平和质组血浆内源性差异代谢产物。结果通过软件筛选出差异性化学位移植18个,查找代谢产物数据库鉴定发现对分类贡献较大的特异性代谢物11个,包括甜菜碱、脯氨酸、亮氨酸、谷氨酰胺、丝氨酸、组氨酸、丙氨酸、烟酰胺核苷酸、异亮氨酸、门冬氨酸、肌醇。结论代谢组学结果显示气虚质疲劳、精神不振、气短懒言等表现可能与血中氨浓度过高、氧的利用率下降、产能减少相关。Objective The study is to compare the NMR-based metabonomics difference between qi-deficiency constitution and gentleness constitution and find the possible metabolites characteristic. Methods The NMR-based metabonomics of19 healthy qi-deficiency constitution and 15 gentleness constitution were compared.Multivariate statistical analysis had been done to find the serum-derived metabolic differences between qi-deficiency constitution and gentleness constitution.Results The 18 differential metabolites were identified. Through human metabolite database,11 specific metabolites were found, including betaine, proline, leucine, glutamine, serine, histidine, alanine, nicotinamide nucleotide, isoleucine,aspartic acid, and inositol. Conclusion Our results showed that the profiling of qi-deficiency, such as fatigue, lack of energy, shortness of breath and other symptoms may be associated with ammonia concentration increased, oxygen utilization decreased and capacity reduced.
