摘 要:为了获得对致病疫霉抑制作用较明显的拮抗放线菌,本实验首先从土壤中分离纯化出一株放线菌编号为ST-1,利用对峙培养法测定ST-1菌株对致病疫霉的抑制作用,再利用滤纸片法测定出ST-1菌株发酵液以及加有少量致病疫霉的ST-1菌体悬液过滤得到的发酵液对致病疫霉的抑制作用。实验表明:ST-1菌株对致病疫霉有较强的抑制作用,抑菌率达到了72.14%;ST-1菌株发酵液对致病疫霉没有明显的抑制作用;加有少量致病疫霉的ST-1菌体悬浮液过滤得到的的发酵液对致病疫霉有较强的的抑制作用,抑制率达到了30.08%。实验表明ST-1菌株在马铃薯晚疫病的防治上有一定的应用前景。In order to obtain more pronounced inhibition of Phytophthora infestans antagonistic actinomycetes Firstly, the actinomycetes was isolated and purified from soil, and named ST - 1. The inhibition of ST - 1 strain to P. infestans was measured (use dual culture method). Then the fermentation broth and add a small amount of P. infestans fermentation broth of ST - 1 strain were measured respectively. Experimental results showed that ST - 1 strain had a strong inhibition to P. infestans, inhibition rate reached 72.14%. The fermentation broth of ST - 1 strain had no significant inhibition to P. infestans, but the fermentation broth (add a small amount of P. infestans) had a strong inhibitory effect, the inhibition rate reached 30.08%. Experiments showed that ST- 1 strains had cer- tain application prospect on the prevention and control of potato late blight.
