摘　　要：本文以"健康促进工程"的开展为背景,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法,对上海市高校公共体育教学现状进行调查研究,分析存在的问题与不足,提出对策与建议,为今后上海市高校公共体育教学的改革提供一些有帮助的理论依据。This present situation of paper take the Shanghai Student health promotion project as the background. Research on the shanghais universities＇ Public Physical Education by using the methods of literature, question- naire, interview and other methods, analyze the problems and shortcomings, put forward countermeasures and sug- gestions, to provide some helpful theoretical basis for the future reform of the shanghais universities＇ Public Physical Education.
