摘　　要：随着研究生规模的扩张,研究生教育出现了越来越多的问题,研究生创新意识的培养成为工科研究生教育中重要问题之一且亟待解决,TRIZ是一套全面而综合的创新理论,将TRIZ理论引入到工科研究生创新培养中,为增强研究生的创新能力提供了一种有效方法,以解决大规模扩招后研究生培养中的创新问题。With the expansion of graduate students, post - graduate education more and more problems, The innovative awareness of Graduate become one of the important issues in graduate education and the problems to be solved, TRIZ is a comprehensive and integrated innovation theory, TRIZ theory is introduced to the graduate inno- vation culture, That is an effective method to enhance the graduate＇s ability to innovate, to solve the problem of large -scale enrollment of postgraduate training in innovation.
