唐山市3～6岁儿童乳牙龋病相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的：调查分析唐山市3～6岁儿童乳牙龋病的患病状况及相关因素,为其流行病学监测和制定预防措施提供依据。方法：随机抽取唐山市3～6岁儿童500人进行口腔健康检查及问卷调查,对469份有效问卷进行统计分析。结果：469名唐山市3～6岁儿童乳牙患龋率为67.80%,龋均4.80±4.56,患龋率、龋均在性别上差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。晚上睡前有吃零食习惯,且吃完零食不刷牙漱口,以及平时喜欢吃甜食与患龋率相关;至今没有刷牙,每天偶尔刷牙,每次刷牙不足1 min,父母偶尔帮助刷牙和不帮助刷牙与患龋率相关（P〈0.05）;晚上睡前吃完零食不刷牙漱口和每次刷牙时间不足1 min是儿童乳牙患龋的危险因素。结论：不良的饮食习惯、口腔卫生行为较差是儿童患乳牙龋病的危险因素。AIM： To investigate the deciduous caries and related factors in3 to6 year old children in Tangshan city. METHODS： Based on the Third National Oral Health Investigation,500 children aged from 3 to 6 years old were included in this investigation. 469 effectively answered questionnaires were analysed by Epidata3. 1 software and SPSS17. 0 software. RESULTS： The prevalence of deciduous caries of all samples was 67. 80%,the mean dmft value was 4. 80 ± 4. 56,there was no statistical difference of gender. The results of single factor analysis showed that the factors related to deciduous teeth caries were as follows： eating snack before sleeping at night,liking to eat sweet and sticky food,eating frequency,never brushing teeth or brushing teeth for less than 1min in a while,parents who occasionally help or did not help children in teeth brushing（ P〈0. 05）. The results of multifactor analysis showed that the risk factors of deciduous teeth caries included eating snack before sleeping and no brushing teeth at night,the time of brushing teeth less than 1 minute. CONCLUSION： The prevalence of deciduous caries in early childhood in Tangshan city is high. The related risk factors of deciduous teeth caries include bad eating habits and poor oral hygiene behavior.
