摘 要:目的:探讨扭矩对机用ProTaper器械S1折断率的影响。方法:选择S型树脂模拟根管204个,分为高扭矩组(n=105)和低扭矩组(n=99)。记录不同扭矩值下机用ProTaper器械S1折断或变形前所预备的根管数目,并分析其器械折断情况和操作时间。结果:高扭矩和低扭矩组S1分别平均预备了13个和12个S型树脂模拟根管(P>0.05),根管预备时间分别为1.12 min和2.11 min(P<0.05)。结论:扭矩的高低对机用ProTaper器械S1的折断率没有影响;高扭矩状态下根管预备时间明显缩短。AIM: To investigate the influence of torque on the separation rate of rotary nickel-titanium ProTaper instrument S1. METHODS: 204 S-shaped simulated root canals were divided into high torque group( n = 105)and low torque group( n = 99) and were shaped by ProTaper instrument S1. The mean number of canals shaped by the instruments under different torque before file fracture or deformation and the average preparation time were recorded and compared. RESULTS: In high and low torque torque groups SI shaped 13 and 12 simulated root canals respectively before file fracture or deformation( P〉 0. 05). The average preparation time of high and low torque groups was 1. 12min and 2. 11 min( P〈0. 05) respectively. CONCLUSION: Torque shows no influence on the separation rate of rotary nickel-titanium ProTaper instrument S1. With high torque the instrument works more efficiantly.
