SIAh2与Sprouty2在肝细胞癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨SIAh2与Sprouty2在肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)中的表达情况及二者的相关性。方法:通过免疫组化方法检测51例肝癌组织、33例癌旁组织(取距癌灶2 cm的组织)及16例正常肝组织中SIAh2及Sprouty2的表达。结果:SIAh2在HCC中的表达阳性率高于癌旁组织及正常肝组织,且癌旁组织表达阳性率高于正常肝组织,而Sprouty2在HCC中的表达阳性率低于癌旁组织及正常肝组织,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SIAh2及Sprouty2在HCC中表达的阳性率与肿瘤分化程度及肿瘤大小呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:SIAh2在HCC中高表达,而Sprouty2在HCC中低表达,二者呈负相关,SIAh2及Sprouty2可能影响HCC的发生、发展。Objective ： To explore the expression of SIAh2 and Sprouty2 in hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） , and investigate their correlation in growth and development of HCC. Methods： The ex- pression of SIAh2 and Sprouty2 in 51 cases of HCC, 33 cases of adjacent tissues（taken from the foei 2 cm of the case of HCC） and 16 cases of normal liver tissues was deteeted by immunohisto- chemistry. Results： The positive rate of expression of SIAh2 in HCC tissues was higher than adja- cent tissues and normal liver tissues, and the positive rate in adjacent tissues was higher than nor- mal liver tissues （P 〈 0.05）. The positive rate of expression of Sprouty2 in HCC tissues was lower than adjacent tissues and normal liver tissues （P 〈 0.05 ）. The positive rates of expression of SI- Ah2 and Sprouty2 were negatively related to the degree of tumor differentiation and tumor size （P 〈 0.05 ） , and there was a negative correlation between SIAh2 and Sprouty2 （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： There was a high expression of SIAh2 and a low expression of Sprouty2 in HCC tissues with a negative correlation. SIAh2 and Sprouty2 may have an influence on the growth and development of HCC.
