摘　　要：本文主要从传统医学的脏腑经络学说、五行理论及中医肝脾的生理功能与特性出发,结合现代医学研究,剖析肝脾与慢性肝炎发病的内在关系,并就验方"加味丹栀逍遥散"在慢性重型肝炎治疗中的应用,介绍导师周小舟教授的临床经验。Combined with modern medical research, this article analysis the internal relations between pathogenesis of chronic severe hepatitis and the function of liver and spleen from the traditional medical viscera, the theory of five element and physiological characteristics of liver and spleen, we introduce professor ZHOU Xiao-zhou’s clinical experiences in the application of Danzhi Xiaoyao San to treat chronic severe hepatitis.
