制造企业ERP成功实施的关键因素分析

摘　　要：针对影响制造业企业实施ERP的17种因素,采用德尔菲法和ISM(解释结构模型)分析了关键的成功因素。结果表明,高层的态度位于层级七,是"最关键成功因素",对ERP的成功实施起到最为关键的作用;而资金预算的支持力度、企业已有信息化程度和可拓展性位于层级六,是"次关键成功因素"。In view of the 17 factors that influence the implementation of ERP in manufacturing enterprises, this paper analyzes the key factors by Delphi Method and ISM. The results show that the attitude of high-level managers is located at the 7th level, which is the most important factor to the successful implementation of ERP; the other three factors including budget support, enterprise iinformatiza- tion degree and scalability are located at the 6th level, which are the second important factors.
