摘 要:本试验旨在确定养成期异育银鲫对饲料赖氨酸的需求量.以实用饲料配方为基础,以L-赖氨酸盐酸盐(L-Lys·HCl)为赖氨酸来源,并以混合晶体氨基酸平衡其他必需氨基酸,配制赖氨酸水平分别为1.01%、1.23%、1.47%、1.70%、1.93%和2.21%的6种试验饲料.试验选择初重为(52.53±0.03)g的异育银鲫480尾,随机分为6组,每组4个重复,每个重复20尾鱼.试验期为59 d.结果表明:1.23% ~2.21%组的增重率和特定生长率显著高于1.01%组(P<0.05),1.47% ~ 1.93%组的饲料系数显著低于1.01%组(P<0.05).饲料赖氨酸水平达到1.70%后,随着饲料赖氨酸水平的增加,蛋白质沉积率显著降低(P<0.05).1.47%组内脏指数显著低于1.93%组(P<0.05),1.47% ~ 1.70%组性腺指数显著低于1.93%组(P<0.05).饲料赖氨酸水平对摄食率、肝胰指数和肥满度无显著影响(P>0.05).1.70%组全鱼水分含量显著低于1.93%、2.21%组(P<0.05),而粗灰分含量则显著高于1.93%、2.21%组(P<0.05).全鱼粗蛋白质含量在1.70%组达到最大值,并显著高于2.21%组(P<0.05).然而,各组间全鱼和肝胰脏粗脂肪含量无显著差异(P>0.05).饲料赖氨酸水平显著影响肝胰脏谷草转氨酶活性(P<0.05),表现为随饲料赖氨酸水平的增加先增加后降低,而对谷丙转氨酶活性则无显著影响(P>0.05).饲料赖氨酸水平对鲜肉的硬度、弹性和咀嚼性及熟肉的硬度和咀嚼性有显著影响(P<0.05).以特定生长率、蛋白质沉积率和肝胰脏谷草转氨酶活性为指标进行二次回归分析,得出养成期异育银鲫对饲料赖氨酸的需求量分别为1.78%、1.43%和1.51%(分别占饲料蛋白质的5.14%、4.14%和4.44%).A 59-day growth trial was conducted to determine the dietary lysine (Lys) requirement of grow-up gibel carp (Carassiusauratus gibeilo).On the basis of practical diet formulation,six isonitrogenous experimental diets were formulated containing 1.01%,1.23%,1.47%,170%,1.93% and 2.21% Lys,respectively.LLys · HC1 was Lys source and essential amino acid crystal mixture was supplied in diets to balance the other essential amino acid requirement except Lys for gibel carp.A total of 480 gibel carp with an initial body weight of (52.53±0.03) g were chosen and randomly distributed into 6 groups with 4 replicates per group and 20 fish per replicate.The results showed as follows:the weight gain rate (WGR) and specific growth rate (SGR) in 1.23% to 2.21% groups were significantly higher than those in 1.01% group (P<0.05),and the feed conversion ratio (FCR) in 1.47% to 1.93% groups was significantly lower than that in 1.01% group (P<0.05).When the dietary Lys level reached 1.70%,the protein retention rate (PRR) was significantly decreased with dietary Lys level increasing (P<0.05).The viscera somatic index (VSI) in 1.47% group and gonad somatic index (GSI) in 1.47% to 1.70% groups were significantly lower than those in 1.93% group (P<0.05).Feed intake (FI),hepatic somatic index (HSI) and condition factor (CF) were not significantly affected by dietary Lys level (P>0.05).The moisture content in whole body was significantly lower,while the ash content was significantly higher in 1.70% group than those in 1.93% and 2.21% groups (P<0.05).The crude protein content in whole body reached the maximum in 1.70% group and significantly higher than that in 2.21% group (P<0.05).But the crude lipid content in whole body and hepatopancreas was not significantly different among all groups (P>0.05).Dietary Lys level had significant effects on the activity of hepatopancreas aspartate aminotransferase (
