摘  要:目的观察大气压低温等离子体协同低浓度过氧化氢漂白牙齿的效果和对釉质的影响。方法将30颗因正畸需要拔除的前磨牙随机分为3组,每组10颗:低温等离子体与6%过氧化氢凝胶联合处理组、35%过氧化氢凝胶处理组和空白气体组,处理时间均为20 min,使用Crestaleye比色仪评价各组牙齿漂白的即刻效果和1年后的效果;同时分析不同处理条件下釉质表面显微硬度和粗糙度的变化。结果低温等离子体辅助6%过氧化氢组处理20 min后ΔE*=4.96,优于35%过氧化氢凝胶处理组(ΔE*=1.86)和空白气体组(ΔE*=0.44)(P<0.005),实现漂白效果较显著。1年后低温等离子体辅助6%过氧化氢组的颜色稳定。实验组处理前后釉质表面显微硬度略有下降,粗糙度略有增加(P>0.05),与空白气体组及35%过氧化氢凝胶处理组变化量相比,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论低温等离子体辅助低浓度(6%)过氧化氢进行牙齿美白效果显著稳定,对釉质表面结构无不良影响,为牙齿美白提供了新的思路。Objective To observe the tooth bleaching efficiency and effect on enamel with low concentration hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) assisted by cold atmospheric-pressure air plasma micro-jet(PMJ). Methods Thirty premolars were divided randomly into three groups (n=10), 6% H2O2+PMJ, 35% H2O2 only, and gas only. The treatment time was 20 minutes. The bleaching efficiency and stability were evaluated by spectrophotometer. The microhardness and roughness of enamel surface were investigated under different treatment. Results 6% H2O2+PMJ has the best bleaching efficiency (ΔE^*=4.96), which is better than 35%H2O2 group (ΔE^*=1.86) and gas only group (ΔE^*=0.4)(P〈0.005). The tooth color of the three groups were stable after 1 year, 6% H2O2+PMJ also had good bleaching efficiency. The changes of microhardness and roughness of enamel surface after different treatment was subtle, no statistically significant difference were found among the three groups (P〉 0.05). Conclusion Tooth bleaching with low concentration hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) assisted by cold atmospheric-pressure air plasma micro-jet has ideal whitening efficiency with accepted enamel surface change. Plasma could be a new tooth bleaching method in the near future.
