摘  要:通过静态、动态的吸附和解析试验筛选出最适合纯化"赤霞珠"葡萄皮渣中花色苷的大孔吸附树脂并确定纯化工艺参数。结果表明,AB-8大孔吸附树脂对"赤霞珠"葡萄皮渣中花色苷的纯化效果最好,最佳动态吸附条件为上样浓度2.754 mg/mL、上样速率1 mL/min,最佳洗脱条件为乙醇体积分数为70%、洗脱速率1 mL/min,在此条件下,纯化后花色苷含量为纯化前的5.89倍。In this paper, through the static adsorption and desorption experiments, dynamic adsorption and desorption experiments to screening the most suited process parameters to purify the anthocyanins in the Cabernet Sauvignon grape skins. The results suggested that the AB-8 resin has the best effect to purify the anthocyanins in the Cabernet Sauvignon grape skins. The best conditions of dynamic adsorption are as follows: the concentration of the sample is 2.754 mg/mL, the velocity of the sample is 1 mL/min. The best elution conditions are as follows: the volume fraction of ethanol is 70%, the velocity of elution is 1 mL/min. Under all of these conditions, the purified contet of the anthocyanins in the Cabernet Sauvignon grape skins is 5.89 times more than that not be purified.
