摘  要:为探索利用枣果电学特性进行品种识别的可行性,以灵武长枣、冬枣、皇枣、梨枣4种枣为研究对象,利用LCR测试仪测试了特征电学参数随频率的变化情况,以方差检验法对相关指标进行差异显著性分析。结果表明:灵武长枣、冬枣、皇枣、梨枣的LgZ、LgLp、LgLs和LgX与Lgf均有很好的线性关系,R2大于0.95。在2.24~4.467 MHz内可用θ来区分灵武长枣、冬枣、皇枣和梨枣4种枣。复阻抗Z、串联等效电容Cs和并联等效电容Cp在特定的频率内具有一定的区分能力。在224 kHz^4.467 MHz内可用Z值区分灵武长枣、冬枣和皇枣。在10~891.3 kHz频率范围内可用Cs值区分灵武长枣、冬枣和梨枣。在158.5 kHz^4 MHz内可用Cs值区分灵武长枣、冬枣和皇枣。10 kHz^1.58 MHz内可用Cp值区分灵武长枣、冬枣和梨枣。在707.9 kHz^1.58 MHz内可用Cp值区分灵武长枣、冬枣和皇枣。基于介电特性的枣果品种识别是可行的。In order to explore the feasibility of using jujube electrical characteristics for jujube species identification, the dielectric properties with the variation of frequency were tested taking Ling-Wu long jujube, winter jujube, Huang jujube, and Li-Zao as the research objects. The significance of difference of related indicators was analyzed with variance test. The results showed that LgZ, LgLp, LgLs and LgX of the four jujubes had good linear relationship with Lgf, Rz was more than 0.95. The four varieties of jujube can be distinguished by e between 2.24 MHz and 4.467 MHz. Within specific frequency ranges, Z, Cs and Cp had a certain ability to distinguish different jujube species. Within the 224 kHz to 4.467 MHz, Z value can be used to distinguish Ling-Wu long jujube, winter jujube and Huang jujube. In 10 kHz to 891.3 kHz frequency range, Cs value can be used to distinguish Ling-Wu long jujube, winter jujube and Li-Zao. In 158.5 kHz to 4 MHz, Cs value can be used to distinguish Ling-Wu long jujube, winter jujube and Huang jujube. Cp value can be used to distinguish Ling-Wu long jujube, winter jujube and Li-Zao in 10 kHz-l.58 MHz, and distinguish Ling-Wu long jujube, winter jujube and Huang jujube in 707.9 kHz-1.58 MHz. Jujube species identification based on jujube dielectric properties was feasible.
