摘 要:目的探讨直肠癌及其远端癌旁黏膜中增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)和P53蛋白的表达。方法选择96例直肠癌组织作为观察组,远端癌旁组织作为对照组。通过免疫组化法测定PCNA和P53蛋白的表达。结果对照组PCNA表达阳性6例(6.25%),P53蛋白阳性表达8例(8.3%);观察组PCNA表达阳性90例(93.75%),P53蛋白阳性表达52例(54.17%)。观察组PCNA和P53蛋白阳性表达率明显高于对照组(P〈0.01)。PCNA和P53表达与性别、肿瘤分化程度无明显关系(P〉0.05),与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结是否转移及是否复发有密切的关系(P均〈0.05),PCNA表达与Duke’s分期无明显关系(P〉0.05),P53表达与Duke’s分期有密切关系(P〈0.05)。经相关性分析,P53阳性表达的组织,PCNA有49例呈阳性表达;P53阴性表达的组织,PCNA有4例呈阴性表达,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论PCNA和P53蛋白阳性表达可能与直肠癌发病、预后有密切关系。Objective To investigate the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and P53 protein in colorectal cancer and distal mucosa adjacent to cancer. Methods Ninety-six cases of colorectal cancer tissues were selected as the observation group, and the distal mucosa adjacent to cancer was chose as the control group. PCNA and P53 protein expression was measured by immunohistochemistry. Results Expression of PCNA-positive in the control group was 6 cases (6. 25%o ), P53 protein positive expression was 8 cases (8.3%). In the observation group, PCNA-positive expression was 90 cases (93.75%) , P53 protein positive expression was 52 cases (54. 17% ). In the observation group, the PCNA and P53 protein expression levels were significantly higher than those in the control group( P 〈0. 01 ). PCNA and P53 expression had no significant correlation with gender and tumor differentiation ( P 〉 0. 05 ), but were closely correlated with the depth of tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis and recurrence (P all 〈 0. 05 ). PCNA expression and Duke' s staging had no significant relationship ( P 〉 0. 05 ). P53 expression was closely correlated with Duke' s stage (P 〈 0. 05 ). By correlation analysis, in tissues with positive expression of P53, PCNA -positive expression in 49 cases ; and in tissues with negative expression of P53, PCNA- negative expression in 4 cases, the differences were significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions PCNA and P53 protein positive expression may be closely correlated with the pathogenesis and prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer.
