摘 要:目的探讨牛磺酸对二氧化硅所致大鼠肺纤维化的干预作用。方法将40只雄性、体质量为180-200g的SD大鼠随机分为4组:对照组、模型组、牛磺酸50mg/kg剂量组、牛磺酸100mg/kg剂量组;首先,气管内注入二氧化硅制备大鼠肺纤维化模型,然后,腹腔注射牛磺酸28d,1次/d;对照组和模型组大鼠给予等体积生理盐水。计算肺系数、测定血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力变化,病理切片观察大鼠肺纤维化程度。结果与模型组比较,牛磺酸50mg/kg剂量组(8.23±0.20)、牛磺酸100mg/kg剂量组(6.26±0.22)肺系数较模型组(10.08±0.52)明显降低(P〈0.05)。血清中MDA含量牛磺酸50mg/kg剂量组(7.30±0.24)、牛磺酸100mg/kg剂量组(7.22±0.23)明显低于模型组(8.54±0.43)(P〈0.05)。而牛磺酸组(290.52±13.55,291.19±13.04)SOD活力与模型组(255.97±7.38)比较,均明显升高(P〈0.05)。结论牛磺酸对二氧化硅所致大鼠肺纤维化有一定的干预作用。Objective To explore the possible intervention effect of taurine on rat pulmonary fibrosis in- duced by silica. Methods A total of 40 SD rats, male, weight 180-200 g, were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group; model group; oes were 50 mg/kg taurine group; does were 100 mg/kg taurine group. First, a rat model of pulmonary fibrosis was established through intratracheal injection of silicon diox- ide, then the rats were administrated with tautine intraperitoneal injection for 28 days, once a day. The rats in the control group and the model group rats were treated with an equal volume of saline. Lung coefficient, plasma malondialdehyde(MDA)contents and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity were studied. The degree of the rat pulmonary fibrosis were determinded by HE slices. Results The lung coefficient of the taurine 50 mg/kg dose group(8.23±0.20)and the taurine 100 mg/kg dose group(6.26±0.22)were much lower than those of the model group(10.08±0.52)(P〈0.05). The content of MDA in serum of the taurine 50 mg/kg dose group (7.30 ± 0.24) and the taurine 100 mg/kg dose group (7.22 ± 0.23) were statistically significantly lower than those of the model group(8.54±0.43)(P〈0.05). Whereas the activity of SOD in the taurine group(290.52±5 13.55,291.19 ±13.04)were all increased compared with that in the model group(255.97±7. 38)(P〈0. 05). Conclusions Taurine has some intervention effect on rat pulmonary fibrosis induced by sili- ca.
