摘  要:研究35kV线路带电作业安全距离和放电特性。基于安全距离的定义,比较国内传统方法和IEEE STD516方法,搭建试验平台,研究小间隙的棒-板操作冲击放电特性,并结合试验结果计算得到带电作业的危险率。计算和试验结果表明:35kV带电作业安全距离的计算中无需考虑雷电过电压,利用传统方法得到电气距离0.3m满足带电作业安全性的要求。采用绝缘杆法时,人机操纵距离DE=30cm,安全距离DA=60cm;采用绝缘手套法时,作业人员允许偶然接触不同电位部件上的遮蔽用具,人机操纵距离DE=0cm,安全距离DA=30cm。MAD (minimum approach distances) and discharge characteristics for 35 kV power network was studied in this paper. Based on the principle of MAD, the domestic traditional methods and IEEE Std 516 were compared. A test platform was set up to study switch impulse flash over characteristics, and additionally the risk of live working was calculated. The calculation and testing results show that the lightning overvoltage is unnecessary for the calculation of 35 kV MAD. And the electric distance of 0.3 m meets the requirements of live working. When insulating stick method is used, the DE is set to be 30 cm and DA is set to be 60 cm. For insulating gloves method, workers are allowed to occasionally touch cover equipment in different potential parts in this case Dr. is set to be 0 cm and DA is set to be 30 cm.
