广东跨境贸易人民币结算的制约因素

摘　　要：广东跨境贸易人民币结算试点至今已经5年,尚存在配套政策不协调、基础设施体系有缺陷、企业结算货币选择的主导权较弱、境外企业的人民币结算意愿不强等制约因素。应加强金融环境建设与扩大试点企业范围良性互动,完善配套基础设施建设,深化粤港澳区域金融合作,提升商业银行人民币结算服务管理水平,从而推动广东跨境贸易人民币结算的进一步发展。RMB settlement of cross-border trade in Guangdong has been 5 years of exploration and development. There are still restriction factors, such as the supporting policies are not harmonious, the infrastructure system is insufficient, the dominant right of currency choice of enterprise is weak and the willing of RMB settlement is not strong. So, it should strengthen the construction of financial environment and expand the scope of the pilot enterprises and interaction, improve the infrastructure, optimize the trade structure in Pearl River Delta to enhance enterprise＇ s dominant right of settlement currency, deepen regional financial cooperation on Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, enhance the quality of banks＇ management and thus promote the further development of RMB settlement of cross-border trade in Guangdong.
