摘　　要：本文结合"卓越计划"应用型本科人才培养目标,寻求合理双导师制下的教学模式改革,以此推动"卓越计划"人才培养目标的实现,提高人才培养质量。Combining with the ＆quot;excellence program＆quot; applica-tion-oriented undergraduate talent training objectives, this paper seeks the teaching model reform under the rational double-tuto-rial system, so as to promote the realization of the ＆quot;excellence program＆quot; talent training objectives, and improve the quality of talent training.
