摘　　要：文章以长沙市25~55岁之间的职业女性为例研究了职业女性的休闲体育现状，发现：目前部分职业女性虽然认识到了休闲体育运动的价值和重要性，但参与兴趣却不高，并没有将其落实到日常的生活之中；参与动机主要集中于娱乐放松、增强体质、减肥塑形三个主要的方面，部分职业女性存在参与过于盲目的问题；目前职业女性的休闲体育活动还没有形成良好的参与规律和参与习惯，仍然较为随意；参与以免费场所为主，在项目选择方面则以强度适中、技术要求低的项目为主，且同时呈现出了多元化的态势。Exemplified by career women aged 25~55 in Changsha City, this paper studied the status of career women＆#39;s leisure sports. It is found that： at present, though some career women have recognized the value and importance of leisure sports, their interest of participation is low, and it has not been implemented in daily life;the motivations are focused on such three main as-pects as entertainment and relax, enhancement of physical fit-ness, slimming and body shaping, and some career women＆#39;s par-ticipation is aimless; the current career women have not devel-oped a healthy rule and habit of participation in leisure sports and it is still relatively free; free projects are the main part, and they tend to select projects with proper intensity and low techni-cal requirements, but also showing a trend of diversification.
