山区基层电大远程开放教学新模式的探索与实践

摘　　要：山区基层电大作为山区人才培养和再教育的一种主要形式,多年来备受各方关注,但其发展和开展远程开放教学情况却不尽如人意。为了提高远程教学质量,经过几年的探索与实践,本文总结并提出了"课程导学—自主学习—网上测试—论坛讨论"以教学论坛为平台的远程开放教学新模式。该模式实现了师生教与学的时空分离,较好地解决了学生的工学矛盾,符合现代远程开放教育的教育理念和发展趋势。As a major form of talent training and reeducation, grassroots TV universities in the mountains have always been given much attention, but their development and the implemen-tation of open education is unsatisfactory. After years of explo-ration and practice, we summarized and designed the ＆quot;Course Guidance-Independent Learning-Online Tests-Forum Discus-sions＆quot;, which is a new open education＆#39;s course teaching mode by dint of forum. This mode overcomes the constraint of time and space in teaching and learning, and keeps a good balance be-tween work and study, which is in accordance with the open edu-cation＆#39;s educational philosophy and development trend of grass-roots TV universities in the mountains.
