优化高校学生党建工作组织体系的探索——以广东工业大学经济与贸易学院为例

摘　　要：高校学生党建工作组织体系的研究是党建工作研究中一个不容忽视的课题。科学合理地设置和优化学生党建工作的组织体系,是实现新时期高校学生党建工作创新、提高学生党建工作的质量和效率的重要前提和保证。本文在总结实践经验的基础上,提出了构建"一中心、一平台、纵横两线"的学生党建工作组织模式,并阐述了其在党员发展管理规范化、组织生活创新及先锋模范性发挥的实践价值。The research of the organizational system of university student Party construction is an inevitable topic in Party con-struction research. To scientifically and rationally set and opti-mize the organizational system of student Party construction is an important prerequisite and guarantee of realizing the innovation of university student Party construction and the improvement of stu-dent Party construction quality and efficiency. Based on summa-rizing the experience of practice, this paper proposed the organi-zational model of student Party construction, namely,＆quot;one center, one platform and two crossed lines＆quot;, and elaborated its practical value in the standardization of Party member development and management, the innovation of organization life, as well as the play of pioneering role.
