摘　　要：当今社会大学已经成为输出人才的重要途径,因此做好大学生的管理工作是十分重要的。大学生管理工作做的好与坏是影响我国现代化人才培养的重要因素,影响着祖国明天。笔者将结合自身多年的大学管理实践经验,对怎样做好大学生的管理工作做出浅要分析。In the current society, universities have become an im-portant way of outputting talents, so the management of university students is very important. The efficiency of university student management is an important factor influencing the cultivation of China＆#39;s modernized talents and the future of our motherland. Combined with many years＆#39; experience on university manage-ment practice, the writer made a brief analysis on how to well im-plement the management of university students.
