青光眼白内障三联术后早期人工晶体前膜的治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨超声乳化白内障吸除折叠式人工晶状体植入联合复合式小梁切除术(三联手术)后早期人工晶体前膜的治疗方法,并观察疗效。方法选择72例(72眼)行超声乳化白内障吸除折叠式人工晶状体植入联合复合式小梁切除术后形成人工晶体前膜的患者,随机分为二组:观察组35例(35眼)行YAG激光人工晶体前膜切除,对照组37例(37眼),予以地塞米松3mg,妥布霉素20mg,球结膜下注射治疗1次/d,观察1周后二组视力、人工晶体前膜清除情况,并对数据进行统计学分析。结果观察组与对照组1周后视力、人工晶体前膜清除情况分别与术前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);二组1周后视力、人工晶体前膜清除情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组优于对照组。结论对三联手术后人工晶状体前膜早期实行YAG激光治疗是安全有效的,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effect of treatment of early IOL former film after triple- surgery of cataract phacoemulsification and foldable intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy. Methods Seventy- two patients （Seventy- two eyes） who had early IOL former film after triple operation were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group （35 cases, 35eyes） and control group （37 cases, 37 eyes）. Treatment group was given cut early IOL former film with YAG laser, control group was injec- ted dexamethasone 3mg and tobramycin 20 mg behind bulbar conjunctiva. Then the situation of the IOL membrane removal and the vision of the two groups were observed. Results The vision and the situation of the IOL membrane removal of the two groups were better after one week of the surgery than before the sur- gery （P〈0.05）, and they were better in the treatment group than that in the control group after one week of the surgery （P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is a safe and effective method that cutting IOL former film with YAG laser in early time after triple operation.
