摘 要:目的建立甲亢大鼠模型,探讨在高骨状态下正畸牙移动对甲状腺激素的影响。方法选取健康雄性Wistar大鼠50只,随机抽取10只按1ml/100g体重每天蒸馏水灌胃为正常对照组,余40只用等量优甲乐灌注胃建甲亢大鼠模型,28d建模成功,随后分为甲亢0、7、14、21、28d组,每组10只检测T3、T4、TSH。结果所有甲亢大鼠的T3、T4、TSH在正畸牙齿移动以后均稍有升高,其中以7d组升高最为明显,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论①甲亢大鼠在正畸牙移动过程中有骨质疏松倾向,正畸牙移动治疗应使用轻力。②在正畸牙移动过程中,甲亢大鼠的甲状腺激素水平变化幅度小,提示短期正畸牙移动治疗对甲状腺激素水平无明显影响。Objective To evaluate the effect of orthodontic tooth movement on thyroid hormones in the con- dition of high bone. Methods Fifty adult Wistar male rats were randomly assigned to two groups, ran- domly selected 10 rats as normal control group, hyperthyroid rats model was established by given a garage of distilled water with lml/100g once a day for 4w, 40 rats as hyperthyroid group was given by gavage of euthyrox of the same volume and the same time with the distilled water. After model completed, hyperthy- roid group were subdivided in accordance with the tooth movemen time into 0 day group, 7 days group, 14 days group, 21 days group and 28 days group, the T3, T4 and TSH were detected in same period. Results After orthodontic tooth movement , thyroid hormone T3, T4 and TSH became higher than that before in hyperthyroid group, of which 7 days group increased obviously, but there was no statistical significance(P ~0.05). Conclusions Due to a tendency of osteoporosis,orthodontic tooth movement therapy of hyper- thyroid rats should use light force. In the process of orthodontic tooth movement, thyroid hormone levels in hyperthyroid rats variedwithin a small range. Therefore remind that short - term orthodontic tooth movement therapy have no obvious effect on thyroid hormone levels.
