摘  要:面齿轮传动的啮合刚度是面齿轮传动动态分析及优化设计的重要参数,在圆柱齿轮传动啮合刚度分析的基础上研究了面齿轮传动的啮合刚度理论计算方法,将面齿轮传动中的圆柱齿轮和面齿轮简化成变截面弹性悬臂梁,推导了面齿轮传动的刚度计算公式,并建立面齿轮传动模型,进行了有限元分析。通过对两种计算结果的分析,验证了理论计算方法的正确性,得到较准确的面齿轮啮合刚度的计算方法。The meshing stiffness of face gear transmission is the main parameter of dynamic analysis and optimization design for face gear transmission. Based on the analysis of meshing stiffness of cylindrical gear transmission, the theoretical calculating method of meshing stiffness of face gear trans- mission is studied. The cylindrical gear and face gear in face gear transmission is simplified as elastic cantilever with variable cross section, then the formulas of meshing stiffness of face gear transmission are derived. The three-dimensional model of face gear transmission is established, and the finite element analysis is carried out. Through analyzing the two results of theoretical calculating method and finite element analysis, the correctness of the theoretical calculating is verified, the accurately calculating method of face gear meshing stiffness is obtained.
