摘 要:为了研究双离合器自动变速器起步过程控制时系统弹性对起步过程的影响,针对某双离合器变速器分别建立了考虑中间轴系弹性的七自由度模型和传统的四自由度模型,以及考虑一对齿轮啮合刚度与阻尼的八自由度模型,并建立发动机动态转矩模型、离合器转矩模型、行驶阻力模型。仿真结果表明,系统的刚度与阻尼会影响起步时间以及动载频率,而齿轮啮合刚度阻尼对起步仿真结果影响不大,且会大大增加仿真计算时间。In order to research the effect of system elastic on launching process when the dual clutch transmission (DCT) launching process control, Aiming at a DCT, the 7 degree of freedom model involving intermediate shaft elasticity, traditional 4 degree of freedom model and 8 degree of freedom model taking a pair of contacting gears meshing stiffness and damping into consideration are respectively set up. The engine dynamic torque model, clutch torque model and driving resistance model are set up as well. The simulation results show that stiffness and damping of the system have significant effect on the synchronization time and the frequency of the dynamic load while the gear mesh stiffness and damping have less effect on the synchronization time and frequency of the dynamic load with simulation process time increased much.
