RevoLix 2 μm激光联合吡柔比星在非肌层浸润性膀胱癌治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨Revolix 2μm激光联合吡柔比星治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌的安全性和有效性。方法收集2010年1月至2012年1月在我院治疗的60例初发非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者为研究对象,所有患者均在腰硬联合麻醉下行2μm激光肿瘤汽化切除,术后24h内膀胱灌注吡柔比星1次,后续每周1次,共8次,每月1次,共10次,治疗共12个月。术后随访2年,对其疗效及技术要点进行分析和总结。结果全部病例手术成功。平均手术时间30min。没有出现闭孔神经反射、膀胱穿孔、大出血等严重并发症。所有患者术后定期吡柔比星膀胱灌注化疗1年。术后随访2年,复发率为18.3%。结论 2μm激光联合吡柔比星治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌安全可靠,疗效满意。Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of 2μm laser resection in combina- tion with intravesical instillation of pirarubicin for treatment of superilcial bladder cancer. Methods From January. 2010 to January. 2012, 60 patients with superficial bladder cancer were enrolled in the study. Tumors were resected successfully in patients with 2 μm laser under epidural anesthesia. Immediate intravesieal instillation of pirarubicin was applied in all patients with 8 weekly and 10 monthly pirarubiein maintenance therapy. Results Procedures achieved successfully in all cases and mean operation time of all patients was 30 minute. No obturator nerve reflex and bladder perfo- ration occurred. All patients underwent 12 months of intravesieal pirarubicin and tumor recurrence was found in 18.3% patients. Conclusions Revolix 2 μm laser in combination with pirarubiein in- travesical instillation was safe and effective for treatment of superficial bladder cancer.
