摘　　要：方案以Android智能手机为载体,采用客户端/服务器结构管理并发控制请求,并基于授权码和密钥机制建立控制数据的访问权限筛选,利用心跳检测和预处理规则确保控制的有效性和安全性,最后采用指令分发系统确保操作指令的实时性。Android smart phone is used by this system as its carrier, client-server architecture is used to manage the concurrent control request, Authorization code and user password are used to build the access control mechanism, heartbeat detection and preprocessing rule ensured the validity and security of the control command, at the last, instruction parse system guarantee the quality of the real time control.
