摘　　要：报道1例28岁女性,应用多种微量元素注射液(Ⅱ)后出现注射部位红肿、疼痛、硬结,导致静脉炎,经对症处理后好转。提示临床在使用该药时,应注意稀释比例和滴注速度,防止局部浓度过大。It was reported that a case of 28-year-old female got phlebitis with redness, pain and induration at the injection site after receiving multi-trace elements injection（Ⅱ）. The symptoms were relieved after symptomatic treatment. It is suggested that attention should be paid to the dilution ratio and dripping speed when using the drug to avoid high concentration at the injection site.
