摘　　要：高职教育要更好地服务地方经济,就必须先了解本区域内企业的情况及其对人才的需求。本文通过抽样调查宁波中小企业对会计人才的需求,找出用人单位对会计人才的需求与高职院校会计人才培养现状之间的差异,从而有针对性地对高职院校会计专业人才培养提出一些建议。The demand for talents of local enterprises has to be fully investigated in order for higher vocational education to better serve the local economy. Through a sample survey of small and medium enterprises in Ningbo, this paper is intended to research on the gap between the demand from employers for the quality of accounting personnel and the supply of such graduates from higher vocational colleges. And it puts forward some corresponding suggestions to narrow the gap.
