摘　　要：病案数字化管理是医院信息化建设的重要组成部分,数字化病案能够提高病案资源使用效率,拓展病案服务范围,对医院的医、教、研工作具有深远意义。本文深入分析了病案数字化建设过程中普遍存在的建设流程复杂、系统集成不足、区域共享困难等问题,并提出了通过虚拟打印与数字签名技术实现病案数字化,建立病案数字化标准以实现系统集成及区域共享的解决方案。Medical records digital management is an important part of the information construction of a hospital,and medical records digitization could improve the utilization rate of medical records as well as expand the service area,which is of great importance to the medical,teaching and research work of the hospital.This article deeply analyzes the problems commonly existing in the process of medical records digital construction such as complex construction procedures,insufficient system integration and difficult regional sharing.At the same time,it put forward solutions of realizing medical records digitization by virtual printing and digital signature technology and realizing system integration and regional sharing by establishing medical records digital standard.
